Our Story
Eden began with two friends sitting in a small nature reserve nestled in the heart of Hilton. Tahoma, my best friend’s 3 year old daughter, brought us a little yellow wildflower. We got chatting about floristry and art and all things nature, which turned into a comment made jokingly, “we should start a florist” (*insert laughter)
This light-hearted comment began to grow and take shape over the next two days and one thing led to another until we had the grand total of a logo, some brown twine, R250 in investments and many a dream in the pipeline! The very next week we officially opened Eden Florist. Honestly it has been the most incredible journey of learning, growing, crying, laughing, standing in awe & creating art from the very materials God gave us in the beginning… in the Garden of Eden. I hope all the creations that flow from Eden are a glimpse of His creative heart and care for detail.
